Previous experience partnering with senior business and operational leaders required6+ years of direct supervision of others; previous hr leadership experience requiredsubject matter expert in human resource operations (policies, procedures, systems, practices) in order to coach and mentor plant hr managers as necessarydemonstrated experience advising senior management on insights, implications and appropriate deployment approaches to programs, projects and change as it relates to internal team membersexcellent leadership, influence, and negotiation skillsstrong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skillswell-rounded business backgroundcapability to influence and build trust with individuals at all levels within the organizationstrong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize and analyze data
