This pivotal role is central to driving market expansion and operational excellence, leveraging our cutting-edge CAD, 3D modeling, PLM and simulation solutions to empower industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining multi-year sales strategies, optimizing business processes, and cultivating a high-performance team culture.
This leadership position requires a proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans across Sales Operations, People Management and Business Operations, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations ManagementLead multi-year sales strategy and business planning for key accounts or marketsMonitor market response and adjust sales plans to optimize performanceDrive efficient team structure and delegate across Go-to-Market channelsProvide accurate forecasts and prioritize strategic accounts using pipeline insightsPeople Management & LeadershipOwn workforce planning and align team with future business needsRecruit, set performance targets, and conduct regular appraisalsEstablish development plans and coach team membersFoster a high-performance culture through leadership and engagementBusiness Operations ManagementTranslate Siemens DISW strategy into actionable business directionLead budget planning and monitor cost center performanceDevelop long-term customer retention strategies for growthEnsure accurate reporting and compliance with legal standardsGeneralUphold Siemens values, culture and compliance standardsManage personal administration including timely expense reportingEnforce health, safety and quality requirementsPerform additional duties as required by the organizationQualificationsExcellent Experience in:Software Sales ManagementValue Selling ideally using the Challenger approachPresentation SkillsCommunication SkillsFacilitation SkillsTeamwork & Collaboration SkillsCustomer Leadership SkillsAnalytical and Problem-Solving SkillsWorking with, and implementing, changeData driven decision makingMS Office and other day to day business applicationsPeople and Business ManagementDigital Industry Software SolutionsSales CRM systems, especially SFDCEducation and ExperienceRelevant local University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or Sales (or lower qualification with relevant work experience)Manufacturing Software Sales experienceWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
