Business analyst - salesforce specialist
this is a new role within our commercial it team, reporting to the manager, customer care solutions.
the successful candidate will work in a dynamic team environment, supporting our commercial functions through crm administrative tasks, business process definition, analysis, and partnership development with our commercial team.
* conduct business and systems analysis work; gather requirements via information sessions, workshops, and meetings to define business requirements.
* analyze and document existing business processes; recommend improvements.
* create reports in salesforce.com using report builder and other analytics tools.
* develop training materials and conduct sessions to improve adoption and efficient use of commercial job-related systems.
* manage complex workflows related to business processes.
* evaluate app exchange tools for feasibility and impact on the business.
* support the further development of sf1 app features and mobile solutions.
* provide it support as a salesforce.com admin to commercial users, including troubleshooting security and data issues.
* maintain business requirement documentation, including use cases, process flows, and system interface diagrams.
* support design documentation to meet business needs.
* communicate with business users on the status of enhancements, projects, and open production support tickets.
* develop comprehensive test plans with users, coordinate test activities, or help execute test components.
