Roles & responsibilities:
- manage quality process team at 2nd shift
- ensure & manage health and safety of the activities
- escalate quality issues with supervisor / coordinator
- data analysis, problem solving
- perform the kpis related to the position
- contribute and support quality npd process
- identify improvement areas of the process
- follow brp values and behaviors
- ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics
- enforce quality brp policy.
professional experience:
3-5 years as a quality supervisor
language:
* fluent in spanish written and verbal.
* english advanced (min. 80%) written specially
* french or german is an advantage.
