Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned key accounts and territory.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new key clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their project needs, providing technical guidance, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio (waterproofing systems, construction coatings, etc.).
- Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical support, marketing, and logistics to ensure superior customer service and project execution.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor activity, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback on market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using the company's CRM system.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the building materials industry, specifically in:
- Waterproofing systems (e.g., membranes, coatings, sealants).
- Construction paints and coatings (e.g., decorative, protective coatings).
- Proven experience working with or selling to major contractors, developers, and large distributors in the Brazilian construction market.
- Highly Desirable: Prior work experience with Sika and/or Saint-Gobain is a strong plus and will be highly valued.
- Established network of contacts within the Mexico construction industry.

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate product specifications and applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (in spanish and English).
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and manage key account plans.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
