Recruiter – KDN Delivery Center, Audit Function, Mexico

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with additional education or experience in other areas of HR (Senior Analyst level). The role will support the growth of the newly formed KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) Delivery Center for our Audit function in Mexico and assist with the implementation of HR processes aligned to global standards, ongoing HR administration, and recruitment.

This role involves close collaboration with business unit leaders and teams within the Mexican Delivery Center. The Recruiter will work closely with the global KDN People team to ensure compliance with HR policies and practices, customizing them as needed to suit local labor market dynamics and the unique activities of the KDN organization.

Responsibilities

- End‑to‑end recruitment processes for Delivery Centers in Mexico, Argentina, and Costa Rica.
- Developing and implementing local recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions.
- Extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages.
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings.
- Onboarding new hires and providing them with the necessary support and resources.
- Working closely with KDN People and Recruitment teams to implement the most effective sourcing channels and strategies, and build a talent pool for KDN.
- Liaising with stakeholders at Delivery Centers to understand their needs and act as a trusted advisor who comprehends the possibilities and obstacles of the local labor market.
- Monitoring the Shared Service Centre market in the relevant locations, and informing stakeholders accordingly about HR and recruitment trends across the region.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment processes within a global or multi‑national organization, preferably within a Shared Services Center (SSC).
- Experience in cross‑border recruiting, navigating the complexities of international talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience utilizing HRIS and recruitment software for data management and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to implement innovative sourcing strategies and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimizing HR processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
