Revenue operations manager
we seek a highly skilled revenue operations manager to own and optimize our salesforce environment, deliver data-driven insights, and enable go-to-market teams across complex financial products.

you will serve as the primary salesforce administrator, responsible for system configuration, data integrity, user management, security settings, and governance across multi-product platforms.
key responsibilities
* serve as the primary salesforce administrator, responsible for system configuration, data integrity, user management, security settings, and governance across multi-product platforms.
* design, build, and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, and automated workflows.
* translate complex workflows and pricing structures into scalable salesforce processes.
* partner with sales, finance, marketing, product, and customer success to map and optimize end-to-end revenue lifecycle processes.
* evaluate pipeline health, funnel conversion, productivity metrics, compensation impacts, and performance trends.
* build robust, accurate forecasting models incorporating multi-product pricing logic and revenue recognition nuances.
* develop scalable data quality frameworks (validation, cleansing routines, exception reporting).
* manage sales ops processes: pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning and quota setting.
* deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership, including monthly/quarterly business reviews.
