we're building the next generation of gtm engineers — people who can connect the dots between strategy, systems, and execution.
about gtm ops
gtm ops is a revops and gtm engineering consultancy that helps early-stage b2b saas companies build scalable revenue engines.
we act as an embedded revops function, designing architecture, automations, analytics, and enablement systems that accelerate growth.
the role
we're looking for a gtm consultant who bridges go-to-market strategy and technical execution.
you might come from one of three paths:
a strategist or revops consultant who's developed strong technical instincts and wants to go deeper into hubspot, clay, and coefficient.
a gtm engineer or technical operator who's mastered systems and wants to sharpen their strategic and client-facing skills.
a sales or marketing professional who's become fascinated by the operational side — data, automation, and how gtm systems work under the hood.
you'll manage client accounts, lead projects end-to-end, and work closely with our founder and gtm engineering team to design and deliver high-impact revops solutions.
what you'll do
lead and deliver revops and gtm projects for multiple b2b saas clients.
design and optimize go-to-market systems using hubspot, clay, coefficient, and google sheets.
build, qa, and document workflows, automations, and dashboards.
diagnose data and process gaps, translating findings into actionable gtm recommendations.
communicate directly with clients through slack, loom updates, and live calls.
collaborate with teammates in-person occasionally in mexico city or oaxaca for alignment and delivery sessions.
what you bring
3+ years in b2b saas go-to-market, revops, or sales/marketing operations.
strong understanding of crm data models, lifecycle stages, and gtm funnel design.
hands-on experience with hubspot crm and at least one data or enrichment tool (clay, apollo, coefficient, etc.).
ability to manage multiple client projects independently.
excellent written and spoken english; conversational spanish is an asset.
based in mexico city or oaxaca with availability for occasional in-person collaboration.
nice to have
experience with automation tools like n8n, make, or zapier.
familiarity with winning by design's revenue architecture or similar frameworks.
understanding of lead routing, data enrichment, and crm hygiene best practices.
