Key responsibilities:hr policy development and implementation create, maintain, and enforce hr policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Recruitment and onboarding manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring, and employee onboarding/orientation. Employee relations handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. Performance management oversee performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development plans while providing guidance to managers on performance-related matters. Training and development identify organizational training needs, develop learning initiatives, and support employee growth and career development. Compensation and benefits administration administer payroll and employee benefits programs while ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices. Compliance and safety partner with safety teams to maintain workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Hr metrics and reporting maintain accurate employee records, track hr metrics such as turnover and absenteeism, and prepare reports and insights for senior management. Strategic hr planning align hr initiatives with business objectives, support workforce planning, and contribute to organizational development strategies. Required qualifications education bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required; a master's degree is preferred for some positions. Experience minimum of 3–5 years of hr experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Key skills strong knowledge of labor laws and hr best practices excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities proficiency with hr software and hris systems ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
