The consultant will be responsible for documentation, timeline management, deployment, and hyper‑care of released features, following established methodologies and governance standards. This position requires excellent english communication skills (spoken and written) and can be performed remotely from any country within latam. Key responsibilities analyze and understand business requirements to design and implement sap pp/qm solutions that meet client objectives. Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Configure, test, implement, and support sap pp/qm functionalities throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and deliver training sessions for end users to ensure adoption and system understanding. Manage documentation of sap pp/qm configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures. Provide post‑implementation support (hypercare) and ensure smooth transition to steady‑state operations. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Prepare and analyze objects for archiving to ensure system performance and compliance. Support multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining delivery quality and adherence to timelines. Skills & qualifications proven experience in sap pp/qm implementation, configuration, and optimization. Strong understanding of production planning principles and process industry best practices. Deep knowledge of sap erp integration with other modules (mm, wm, fico). Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical details into business value. Sap pp/qm certification or equivalent professional experience (functional expertise highly valued). Experience with sap s/4hana (desirable). Knowledge of consumer goods manufacturing or similar industry experience. Fluency in technical english (spoken and written).
