about the role:

You will act as a strategic partner to management and area leaders, driving talent initiatives, organizational development, and performance that make a real difference. main responsibilities:
• serve as the facilitator for all hr processes in the plant, ensuring effective implementation of group policies and guidelines.
• support leaders in managing and developing their teams, including individual development plans, training, and performance evaluations.
• collaborate on organizational development: structure adjustments, workload analysis, and job sizing.
• manage employee and labor relations, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment, aligned with ferrero’s culture and values.
• monitor and manage the hr budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• advise leaders on recruitment, selection, and internal mobility processes.
• work closely with the health & safety manager to ensure proper implementation of h&s policies and programs.
• lead, motivate, and develop the plant hr team, fostering effective communication, skill development, and commitment to group values.
who are we looking for?:
• university degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• minimum of 5 years experience, as an hrbp in industrial environments.
• strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, labor relations, and budget management.
• key competencies: strategic thinking, leadership, results orientation, organizational integration, and effective communication.
• proactive, impact-driven, and collaborative, with a passion for working closely with different business areas.
