* lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of professional industrial engineers and technical and administrative support staff to ensure the future capacity and capabilities to meet the organization’s goals.
roles & responsibilities:
* lead, evaluate and develop a team of professional industrial engineers.
* manage, plan, design and execute policies and methods for the organization’s industrial engineering
* operation and strategy.
* ensure implementation of projects for expanding and modifying production lines to meet ltcp.
* allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.
* study the characteristics of all possible equipment available and suggest acquiring the most
* appropriate equipment for carrying out the operations.
* maintain strong connections with other colleagues within brp to share best practices and to
* understand current and future trends.
* follow brp values and behaviors.
* ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
* enforce quality brp policy.
skills:
* english language advance
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* understanding of common manufacturing methods and processes.
* understanding of lean manufacturing and six sigma principles.
* project and change management skills.
professional experience:
6 years in: fabrication and assembly environments
education:
* bachelor: industrial, mechanical or related engineering degree.
language:
* fluent in spanish written and verbal.
* english advanced (min. 80%) written specially
* french or german is an advantage.
