Important about the initial training
You’ll need full availability for 2 weeks (approx. 8 hours per day) to complete our free training program. This process is unpaid, but it’s essential for learning how to work as a freelance agent and start generating income.
What will you do in this role?
- Respond to flight and travel package requests.
- Advise clients to find the best options.
- Use advanced booking and sales platforms.
- Build long-term, solid client relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
Previous sales experience or proven commercial skills.
Full-time availability for initial training.
Results-oriented, ambitious, and growth-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
How much could you earn?
During the first months, our agents typically earn up to $500 USD per month. With experience, many reach $1000+ per month. Earnings are 100% commission-based, tied to sales and goal achievement.
Freelance modality (no formal employment contract).
No base salary earnings are commissions only, paid monthly in arrears, directly dependent on sales performance.
