The Role
We need a results-oriented specialist to develop, manage, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on management of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads accounts.
Your primary goal will be to drive qualified traffic, increase online sales, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) to fuel e-commerce revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Ecommerce Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for ecommerce KPIs, including bid management, budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B testing of ad copy and creative.
- Audience & Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth analysis and research to identify new opportunities and refine targeting for transactional intent.
- Ad Creative: Write compelling product-focused ad copy and collaborate with design teams to develop high-converting assets.
- Tracking & Reporting: Implement and manage ecommerce conversion tracking to ensure accurate sales and revenue data collection.
- Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights focused on ROAS and revenue growth in regular reports.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and pacing to meet revenue targets.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in paid media, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns that directly drive ecommerce sales.
- Deep expertise in EITHER Google Ads OR Meta Ads is required.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
- Proficiency with analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make decisions that impact revenue.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting high-converting ad copy.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience in BOTH Google Ads and Meta Ads is a significant advantage.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with other PPC platforms.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and ecommerce feed management.
