as a full-time lead teacher, you will:
* co-create learning goals with children based on their interests
* design inspiring, aesthetic spaces and projects that provoke discovery
* observe, document, and research children's development
* collaborate closely with a passionate team and engaged families
* facilitate age-appropriate projects that nurture critical and creative thinking
* promote autonomy, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution
* engage children with art, music, movement, literature, and nature
* maintain a safe, warm, and respectful learning environment
* communicate with families with transparency and care
* participate in ongoing guide trainings, seminars, and community events
minimum qualifications/requirements
requirements:
* 2+ years working with children (preschool or elementary)
* studies or certifications in education, child development, psychology, reggio emilia, montessori, waldorf, creative curriculum, pedagogy or similar
* advanced english
* a creative, responsible, flexible, and deeply passionate spirit

due to the growth of our community, we're constantly hiring and would like to incorporate new team members starting in december.
salary & benefits
we're offering a competitive remuneration package that includes salary and paid holidays. Lunch is prepared daily by our beloved chef with seasonal dishes. The starting salary for this position is $18,000 mxn a month plus a yearly bonus. We'd love to talk about numbers and reach something we're both happy with.
