Administrative support specialist


this role involves the completion of tasks related to administrative operations, data entry, and customer service. Responsibilities include handling escalated issues, coordinating team activities, and supporting supervisors or managers.

the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Proficiency in word-processing and spreadsheets is highly desirable.

responsibilities:

* researches and resolves customer inquiries on service failures and billing problems.
* monitors batches of airway bills and ensures timely invoicing.
* issues credits/debits to customer accounts as necessary.
* maintains accurate records of invoice registers, duties, and taxes.
* prepares cash receipts and bank deposits.

the selected candidate must have a high school degree or equivalent and three years of experience in billing or accounts receivable. Fluency in english is essential.
