We are looking for a Service Desk Agent Tier 2

You will have the opportunity to
Provide support and technical assistance to users
Provide the client with technical assistance by solving their incidents

What requirements must I meet to join the team
Advanced English level for written and verbal communication with internal and external customer
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer navigation skills
Strong communication skills
IOS Windows troubleshooting
VPN Support

Monday to Friday, from 500 AM to 200 PM.
On site, only in Hermosillo.
