Minimum and desired qualifications:
Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 2-5+ years of hands-on Automotive Engineering experience.
- Attribute Engineering experience.
- General understanding of vehicles, systems, and components (technical depth).
- Understanding of vehicle engineering attributes (Vehicle Dynamics, NVH, Performance).
- Strong systems engineering foundation.
- Strong leadership and communications skills.
- Experience crossfunctional issues resolutions.

**Major Responsibilities**:
Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining requirements and signing off select programs though design verification CAD review and vehicle testing.
- Conduct attribute assessments for specific vehicle programs. Ensure Core Vehicle Product Development delivery and build partnership with Vehicle Engineering Manager.
- Review, update, and maintain the core attribute requirements and test methods that define the attribute team responsibilities.
- Participate on a program team as the core vehicle integration engineer. Responsibilities may include environmental conditions such as hot and cold temperature extremes, snow accumulation and packing, and altitude considerations.
- Deliver individual targets to meet cost reduction goals of organization.
