Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑performing team during the peak health insurance enrollment season, where your work directly impacts people’s ability to access essential healthcare coverage. You’ll be working with warm leads who have already expressed interest in health insurance, using established systems and proven scripts to qualify prospects and set appointments. Job Highlights

- Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1 hour unpaid break | Eastern Time
- Work Arrangement: Work from home

Side note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

- Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to pre‑qualified leads who have already expressed interest in health insurance coverage.
- Qualify prospects by confirming their insurance needs and current coverage situation using provided scripts.
- Set a minimum of 5+ appointments per day through integrated Calendly and CRM booking systems.
- Work with an unlimited database of leads spanning multiple states including Florida, New Jersey, and California.
- Follow up with warm prospects who have provided their contact information and expressed interest.
- Utilize established CRM systems and proven appointment‑setting processes.
- Contribute to helping Americans access essential healthcare during the critical open enrollment period.
- Participate in performance‑based commission structure with earning potential tied to successful appointments.

Requirements
- Previous experience in the insurance industry with an understanding of open enrollment processes and health insurance basics.
- Proven call center experience with high‑volume outbound calling capabilities.
- Demonstrated appointment setting experience with a track record of meeting daily targets.
- Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours consistently.
- Strong communication skills for qualifying prospects and professional phone presence.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during peak enrollment season.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling platforms.
- Minimum 4‑5 month availability with potential for longer‑term engagement based on performance.
- Passion for helping people access essential healthcare coverage and making a positive impact.
