Build automated dashboards to track team performance, providing real-time visibility into conversion rates, pipeline health and partner engagement. Establish performance benchmarks and kpis based on real-time data, ensuring constant optimization of lead acquisition and conversion processes. Client retention & loyalty programs (tech & data-optimized) design and execute data-driven client engagement programs, including cheese roll deliveries based on predictive retention analytics.
