Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented remote Web Application Developer to join our Enterprise Application Development team. In this role, you will work alongside architects and senior developers to build, enhance, and support consumer-facing websites like our Borrower Portal, as well as internal web applications. This is a full‑stack development role with a focus on .NET, C#, and Azure web services.
Key Responsibilities
Support development of the Borrower Portal and internal business applications under the direction of senior team members.
Implement UI components, API integrations, and backend logic.
Collaborate with designers and product owners to translate user requirements into functional web solutions.
Write clean, testable code and participate in peer reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
Participate in application deployments and assist with DevOps tasks as needed.
Maintain documentation for technical specifications and user support.
Follow best practices for security, coding standards, and version control.
Qualifications
Experience in web development using .NET and C#.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and consuming external web services.
Familiarity with SQL Server and writing T‑SQL queries.
Basic knowledge of Azure services such as App Services and Key Vault.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience working with CMS platforms such as Umbraco.
Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control systems.
Exposure to secure coding principles and vulnerability scanning tools.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Experience in financial services or consumer-facing web applications.
