key responsibilities:
* accurately input, track, and manage group leads in crm systems.
* support the team with rfps, managing timely responses and assisting with proposal creation.
* coordinate calendars, meetings, and agendas for senior sales staff.
* provide administrative support for site inspections, client visits, and internal reporting.
* prepare presentations, reports, and proposals using microsoft office suite.
* maintain professional communication with internal departments and external partners.
requirements & qualifications:
* fluency in english (oral and written).
* previous experience in sales or administrative roles within hospitality or tourism is preferred.
* proficiency with delphi, c-vent, and microsoft office suite is required.
