*you will*: assistance to production lines in terms of design, development of tools and devices for the manufacturing process.
manage production performance as collecting data, analysing, checking, modifying, implementing and updating production processes utilizing methods and tools propose product improvements to design in pre-development and projects perform production schedule risk estimation ensuring equipment capacity and provide plans to reduce production costs (improve efficiency, reduce downtime, eliminate scrap, improve safety, etc.) including plans for the acquisition of equipment.
ensure that the team under their responsibility is capable of meeting the time tact and develops action or contingency plans to avoid line stoppages.
develop product requirements and design rules from a supply perspective develop and innovate production processes analyse and improve production processes conduct flow optimizations secure business continuity plans and sustainability manage production equipment *to be successful in the role you must have*: education: bachelor's degree: professional in industrial engineer or related minimum years of experience +3 years advanced english (required) domain experience: lean manufacturing advance excel kanban amef standarize work amef tpm smed supply chain & supply process knowledge *what ´s in it for you?
