Role purposeprovides support and oversight over the assessment, design, implementation and monitoring of the account certification process and remediation of initial findings to set up a long term process to consistently reconcile and/or substantiate hbmi accounts in accordance with hsbc policy requirements (finance fim) and ensure exceptions are identified, escalated, and reported to the hbmi finance function through the monthly certification process, protecting hbmx assets, providing timely and accurate information to hbmi senior management.this role has the main purpose to avoid losses due to regulatory fines and incorrect account registers ensuring the reasonability of the information in the financial statements.
