At uplift we are looking for a hungry, motivated and results driven **Sales Assistant** to join our team! We are a dynamic and fast-paced company in the **brand partnership and influencer marketing space**. Our team works closely with vendors, influencers, and third-party logistics providers to execute impactful sales and marketing programs throughout the United States.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
**Sales Support & Vendor Outreach**
- Track outreach activity and follow-ups using our CRM.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to schedule calls and ensure timely responses.
- Log detailed notes and updates in the CRM to maintain a clear record of communications.
**Vendor & Logistics Coordination**
- Coordinate product shipments with vendors and our third-party logistics partner (3PL).
- Notify the 3PL of incoming shipments, including product specs, handling instructions, and delivery schedules.
- Confirm receipt and proper handling of goods by the 3PL, and follow up on distribution status.
**Lead Management & Social Media Follow-Up**
- Use approved messaging to communicate with potential vendor partners.
- Document all new leads in the CRM and coordinate next steps with the sales and leadership team.
**Administrative & Organizational Support**
- Support internal sales operations with scheduling, task coordination, and follow-up tracking.
- Help prepare proposals, term sheets, and other client-facing documents.
- Participate in sales meetings, take notes, and ensure all follow-ups are completed.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or administrative roles (experience in marketing, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 and above)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working remotely and proactively communicating with a distributed team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
