**Resource Description**
Business Process Consultant to support process modelling and analysis of the related processes
**Required Experience**
- Academic: _
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Innovation or related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Areas of expertise:_
- 3 years+ in business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering, continuous process improvement
- Experience as a Business Process Consultant, with a focus on automation, RPA, and process mining is a plus.
- Strong interest in business process improvement and consulting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BPM software and tools (preferably)
- Project Management experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), any other languages is a plus.
**Responsabilities**
- Process Analysis Support: _
- Assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements.
- Data Collection and Research:
- Conduct research and gather relevant data to support process analysis.
- Assist in the collection and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Documentation:
- Produce documentation of current and future processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date process documentation.
- Recommendation Development:
- Support the development of recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and industry best practices.

- Experience in BIC Process design
