We are seeking a seasoned human resources leader to spearhead hr delivery across mexico. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution and operationalization of hr strategy, manage talent processes, and ensure efficient hr administrative processes.
main responsibilities:
* develop and execute hr strategy to drive business growth
* coordinate talent processes including recruitment, mobility, workforce planning, succession, performance management, development, and training
* ensure effective execution of hr administrative processes including employee movements, contracts, records, operational metrics, internal controls, and payroll support
* design and implement talent acquisition strategies for corporate roles, field operations, and technical positions
* counsel business leaders on organizational design, talent reviews, workforce decisions, succession planning, leadership capability, and employee performance
* implement culture and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace climate
* maintain compliance with labor policies, legal requirements, audits, and risk mitigation in all business units
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
* 6+ years' experience in human resources managing positions
* strong english proficiency
* proven expertise in talent acquisition and development
* demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on organizational development
* exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
