Retail & E-Commerce Sales Manager

A global technology company, recognized for its innovation and market leadership in connectivity and smart devices, is seeking a Retail & E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy for its Camera and Smart Home categories.
This person will drive sustainable growth and profitability across retail and online channels, ensuring top performance with key partners such as Amazon and Mercado Libre.
Main Responsibilities
Define and execute the commercial strategy across Retail and E-Commerce channels, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and brand visibility.
Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers at Amazon and Mercado Libre, leading negotiations and long-term business development initiatives.
Oversee pricing, forecasting, and promotional planning aligned with regional business objectives.
Manage sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through performance, ensuring accurate inventory flow and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Digital Marketing teams to optimize product visibility and conversion rates.
Identify new market opportunities, trends, and partnerships to expand the category presence both online and offline.
Report commercial results and forecasts to regional leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales Management or Commercial Leadership roles within Consumer Electronics, Technology, or Durable Goods.
Strong background managing both Retail and E-Commerce channels, particularly Amazon and Mercado Libre.
Established network with key stakeholders and C-level contacts within the main marketplaces.
Solid understanding of P&L; management, forecasting, S&OP;, pricing, and margin optimization.
Demonstrated success leading commercial or cross-functional teams.
Advanced English (spoken and written) is a must.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
