The project manager runs creative and production processes, collaborating with our project management team to drive projects from brief to delivery. We seek a passionate individual with attention to detail, profitability awareness, and proven ability to manage multiple mid‑ to high‑complexity projects. What you will be doing initiate and plan projects: transform new briefs, scope, cost, and plan across briefs. Create communication plans, set realistic deadlines, and manage stakeholder information. Build project plans, identify key milestones, and staff the project in partnership with delivery lead and resource/studio manager. Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and run client and team kick‑off meetings. Coordinate development and delivery, prioritize workload, and monitor progress within scope and budget. Prepare status reports, manage change control, and keep project documentation up to date. Proactively problem‑solve, mitigate risks, and plan for future issues. Account for financial profitability, manage cost over‑burn, and track time logged daily. Ensure final deliverables meet design and production requirements, monitor utilization, and maintain quality compliance.
