About the Role
As a SIOP Product Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the implementation and success of digital solutions for SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes at Carrier. This position bridges functional expertise in Supply Chain with digital innovation, ensuring that our planning tools deliver end‑to‑end optimization.
You will work on global projects from the ground up, participating in configuration, development, testing, and deployment of systems such as Kinaxis and other leading platforms. Acting as the link between business stakeholders and digital teams, you will ensure solutions meet operational needs and drive adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding and mapping end‑to‑end SIOP processes to translate them into digital solutions.
- Gathering and refining functional requirements for IT teams and technical partners.
- Participating in configuration, development, testing, and deployment of new and existing systems.
- Managing projects using Agile methodologies (Agile PM), ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Connecting key business stakeholders with digital teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Overseeing the development of training materials for end users.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain (planning, demand, inventory).
- Hands‑on experience with SIOP processes and participation in system implementation projects.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Kinaxis (highly desired).
- Familiarity with end‑to‑end planning tools (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.).
- Project management experience with Agile methodologies (Jira, Agile PM).
- Availability to travel (up to 25%, primarily to the U.S.) and valid visa.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced user experience with Kinaxis.
- Knowledge of additional SIOP tools (SO99, Logility, etc.).
- Experience in UX/UI, product innovation, and process automation.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools (Miro, Jira) and methodologies such as SCRUM or Design Thinking.
