Position summary:
the marketing manager will be responsible for the creation, and the execution of the comprehensive marketing and public relations strategy for our diverse portfolio of properties, experiences, and residences within the destination. This role drives the growth and brand positioning of our luxury offerings.
responsibilities
strategy & planning:
develop and lead the implementation of marketing and pr strategies across all channels, including digital campaigns (digital advertising, e-blasts, social media), web presence, and event planning. Define strategy based on performance insights and market learnings.
brand promotion & content generation:
oversee the promotion of our brands, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Lead the creation and curation of high-quality assets and content, including photography (e.g., drone and high-end marketing photography) and video, ensuring regular updates and compelling storytelling for the destination and residences.
sales collateral development:
create and manage all sales materials for residences and lots, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing strategies.
digital & web management:
manage and optimize the performance of company websites and digital channels. Oversee crm management (e.g., salesforce) for real estate projects and ensure effective lead generation and customer engagement.
performance analysis & budget control:
monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (kpis), return on investment (roi), and overall campaign performance versus budget. Maintain strict budgetary control for all marketing initiatives.
team leadership & collaboration:
lead, train, and delegate responsibilities to direct and indirect reports within the marketing team. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., development, finance, sales) and external agencies (web, social media, designers, photographers) to ensure cohesive execution and impactful outcomes.
public relations & media relations:
execute the public relations strategy, including managing media visits and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication initiatives and media materials.
campaign & event management:
oversee the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, photoshoots, media fam trips, and other marketing events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outcomes.
qualifications
education:
bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Digital marketing certifications are a plus.
experience:
minimum of 5–6 years of proven experience in a marketing manager or equivalent leadership role, preferably within the real estate sector, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic planning and execution, as well as in comprehensive budget management.
technical skills:
proficiency in microsoft office suite (outlook, excel, powerpoint, word).
strong knowledge of creative cloud (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) and online marketing applications (crm tools like salesforce or zoho, online analytics, google ads, facebook advertising).
