Job description:
* organize, establish, and implement the quality management system, ensuring its effective operation.
* responsible for developing and executing the annual internal audit plan for the quality system.
* manages the revision, distribution, and control of quality system documentation.
* handles audits conducted by external certification bodies.
* responsible for managing customer audits.
* conducts training on quality system documentation and requirements.
* tracks and ensures the closure of non-conformities identified during internal, external, and customer audits.
* completes other tasks as assigned by management.
requirements:
* college diploma or higher.
* minimum 3 years of experience in quality management; internal auditor certification required.
* familiar with the automotive industry; proficient in quality tools (iatf 16949, vda, msa, apqp, fmea, spc, ppap) and office software.
* excellent communication, coordination, organizational skills, and a strong sense of dedication.
