The Dealer Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies at the dealer level to drive brand visibility, showroom traffic, test drives, and pre-sales. This role ensures that each dealership implements BYD’s marketing standards effectively while adapting campaigns to local market opportunities.
This position is focused in the automotive industry, other industries will not be consider.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Implement national marketing campaigns at dealer level, ensuring correct adaptation of creative assets, offers, and messaging.
- Local Marketing Support: Propose local initiatives (events, activations, sponsorships) to generate leads, test drives, and community engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as showroom traffic, test drives, and pre-sales. Provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure that dealer communication, showroom branding, and activations align with BYD corporate guidelines.
- Coordination with Agencies and Dealers: Liaise with creative/media agencies, suppliers, and dealer marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing in automotive industry in dealer or corporate. Other industries will not be consider.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and interpret marketing KPIs.
- Creativity and problem-solving for local activations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with dealers and cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail, ensuring brand consistency and quality of execution.
