Virtual short-term rental sales development representative (sdr)
we're hiring on behalf of one of our canadian short-term rental management clients who's expanding their team. They help property owners manage and grow their rental income through a fully hands-on management service and they're looking for a motivated sales development representative to join them.
you'll be the first point of contact for property owners who are curious about how the company can help them handle their rentals more efficiently. Your main focus will be building genuine conversations, qualifying interest, and booking appointments for the business development manager.
what you'll do
* reach out to property owners across canada through calls, texts, and emails
* follow a proven short-term rental outreach process and conversational flow
* keep lead details and notes updated inside the crm
* reconnect with past or no-show leads to create new opportunities
* send short follow-up emails or share information about the company's services
* coordinate closely with the business development manager to ensure a smooth handoff of interested leads
who you are
you're confident speaking with property owners and enjoy connecting with people. You're comfortable managing conversations, following a sales process, and keeping things organized in a crm. You might already have experience in real estate, property management, or inside sales, but what matters most is your drive, consistency, and ability to build trust quickly.
