**Salary**: $900 - $1,200 USD (monthly)
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Record daily sales and bank deposits
- Enter payables and credit card receipts
- Prepare and send sales invoices
- Post repetitive journal entries and net checks
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
- Collaborate within a team on multiple client accounts

- Excellent written and verbal communication for client interactions.

**Tech Stack Familiarity**:
- **Accounting Software**: QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Yardi, Sage, Concur, PCLaw
- **Payroll Systems**: ADP, Gusto, Paylocity, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, Toast Payroll
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fired
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- 3+ years of experience with **QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)**
- 3+ years of experience with **Excel**
- 3+ years of **payroll** and **accounts payable** experience
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection(200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac ( 4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
**Setting**:Remote
**Schedule**: This role is full-time (40 hours per week) with adaptable scheduling. Core working hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM Eastern Time.
Pay: $16,670.00 - $22,230.00 per month
