Key responsibilities
dealer marketing support:
- assist in executing marketing activities to drive lead generation, customer retention, and sales conversion for dealers. - support the customization of marketing campaigns based on regional and market-specific insights.
customer journey coordination:
- support the alignment of dealer-level experiences with brand messaging and customer journey standards. - help optimize the lead handoff processes between dealer marketing and sales teams.
performance tracking and reporting:
- monitor metrics such as dealer satisfaction scores (dss) and crm usage rates. - compile and analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements to dealer marketing practices.
cross-functional collaboration:
- work closely with communication, crm/ux, and experience marketing teams to support the consistent application of brand strategies.
supplier and vendor support:
- assist in coordinating with suppliers to deliver marketing materials and promotional tools to dealers.
localized campaign execution:
- help design and implement region-specific marketing activities that align with local customer preferences.
feedback collection and improvement:
- gather feedback from dealers and support the integration of insights into ongoing marketing plans.
knowledge and skills:
- strong understanding of retail and dealer marketing practices within the automotive industry. - skills in customer behavior analysis, segmentation, and targeted marketing execution. - familiarity with crm systems and ux principles to support customer and dealer engagement. - awareness of trends in automotive retail, digital marketing, and in-store customer experience.
