attend meetings to select vendors to accomplish corporate events, trying to find the best prices and the highest quality.oversee the setup, execution, and manage of events, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.manage contracts and documentation required for implementing events.help create creative and thematic concepts, aligned with the brand identity or event goals.manage the budget and maintain extensive communication with different areas.qualificationsprevious experience of at least 4 years in event coordination.experience in event management, production, event logistics, dealing with suppliers.knowledge in budget management and negotiation.advanced english (essential).
