Your contribution to something big: evaluate and review electronics hardware drawings including schematics, pcb layout and gerber files. Component selection: partner with hardware designers to choose parts that meet technical specifications while optimizing for cost and lead time. Create and manage new "parts numbers" in the electronic components database lifecycle management (plm): monitor the status of components. Identify end-of-life (eol) or last time buy (ltb) notices and find suitable "form, fit, and function" (fff) alternatives. Audit and manage relationships with electronic component manufacturers and distributors (e.g., avnet, digikey, mouser). Ensure all parts meet global regulatory standards such as rohs, reach, and conflict minerals reporting. Failure analysis: assist quality teams in investigating component-level failures using tools like x-ray, sem, or cross-sectioning. What distinguishes you: degree in electronics engineering. Knowledge and experience in ecad software (xpedition, altium or equivalent) experience in interacting with electronic component manufacturers and distributors. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with electronic componet lifecycle management tools (silicon expert or equivalente) fluent in english what set us apart?
