Join our team as a Training & Development Intern at our Corporate Offices in Mexico City.
What You’ll Do
Support the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and courses.
Assist in analyzing and tracking development indicators and training data.
Help manage the annual training calendar and follow up on learning initiatives.
Create presentations, reports, and materials for the HR team.
Collaborate on projects related to organizational culture and employee development.
Requirements
You must be a currently enrolled university student in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (this is an essential requirement).
Availability of 25 hours per week.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (reports, data analysis).
We’re looking for someone with conversational English skills.
Strong interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Talent Management.
