about this opportunitylead development and execution of internal and external event projects.key responsibilitiesin this role, you will...plan and oversee activities to ensure events run smoothly and successfullycoordinate events and onboarding courses proposals with third-part suppliers and internal teamsliaise with internal teams and suppliers in relation to clinical / marketing events, following up on registrations, kit materials and post-event activities (i.e. reports)plan and monitor event budget closely (opex and cogs), create and control prs in the erp, conduct meetings with fp&a and accounting departments making sure the budget will not exceed the planned.
coordinate projects at tradeshows, launch events and forums, including setting up the infrastructure, liaising with organizers or partners and following up with all pre and post-show activities, including hotel room blocks and sponsor activitieswork with operations/logistics and marketing to manage and share information focusing on guarantee all materials arriving in the events in proper time and costs; use chronogramsto organize priorities and assure anticipation on activities related to the events/projects under your responsibilitycoordinate events and creative agency to assure proper communication on events considering all channels (off-line, online, social media, etc)ability to handle frequent meeting and solve problems with global team and other latin countries using english (written and spoken) in daily basisassure kits composition and materials forecasts for the eventsclose work with latam events team sharing relevant information to assure full alignment and communicationliaise with sales team, create events calendar, invitations, and post-events administrative reports to assure full alignment with sales needs and responsibilitiesinteraction with internal áreas such as: commops, finance, legal, procurement, marketing and sales.skills, knowledge & expertisein this role, you'll need .
..4 years of experience in events or marketing coordinationorganizational, prioritization and project management skillsability to handle numerous projects simultaneouslystrong financial coordination skillsproactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailexcellent written and communication skillsproficiency in microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and outlookproject coordination skillseducationbachelor's degree in marketing or communication, turism or equivalent experienceadvanced english.sounds like a good fit?
