**We are searching for the best talent for DIGITAL PRINCIPAL ENGINEER to be in Juarez, Chih.**:
**Purpose**:
**Digital Principal Engineer is responsible to translate business needs into strategies and executable action plans to deploy innovative Digital & Analytics Solutions across Biosense Webster to support Digital Transformation. It is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to support successful implementation of program phases to assure value-added solutions for the achievement of business objectives.**:
**This rol will also provide a clear structure for program prioritization and effective change management to drive adoption and value capture from digital initiatives.**:
**You will be responsible for**:
**Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position**:
- ** Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.**:

- ** Leads translation of business needs into Digital & Analytics Solutions, by implementing the requirements management process to meet customer, stakeholders & IT systems demand.**:
- ** Networking and benchmarking within and outside company for emergent technologies and solutions.**:
- ** Definition and implementation of best project management methodologies and practices according to project type and needs.**:
- ** Manage program scope, budget, resources, and timeline.**:
- ** Management of a digital and data science program with multiple complex projects.**:
- ** Supports team solving escalated risks and obstacles.**:
- ** Leads each program meetings and document agreements with the team and stakeholders.**:

**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.**:
- ** Generally, requires 8-10 years’ work experience.**:
- ** Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industry preferred.**:
- ** Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures.**:
- ** PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred with working knowledge
