this role is for you if you are someone with a unique blend of strategic vision and a hands-on approach. This is an opportunity to lead our commercial strategy for the entire latam region building on our success and driving significant revenue growth. You wont just manage a team; youll mentor them strengthen key relationships with top-tier advertisers and publishers and act as a public face for better collective in the region. how youll make an impact
define and execute strategy
: define and execute the regional sales strategy in latam in alignment with global business objectives ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue targets.
lead a high-performing team
: lead coach and grow a team of sales managers and executives ensuring consistent performance and development across all latam markets.
strengthen partnerships
: build and strengthen strategic partnerships with publishers media agencies and top-tier advertisers across latam to maximize revenue opportunities.
act as a regional leader
: represent the company at key industry events and executive forums acting as the face of the company in latam and providing senior leadership with actionable insights on market trends and regional performance.
the ideal profile: is this you
experience
: 10 years of proven executive leadership experience in sales business development or revenue leadership roles within the publishing media adtech or digital advertising industry.
core competency
: deep knowledge of the latam media landscape with a strong network across publishers agencies and direct advertisers.
leadership skills
: exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and lead diverse high-performing teams across multiple countries.
communication skills
: outstanding communication negotiation and executive relationship management skills with fluency in spanish and english (portuguese is a strong plus).
nice-to-haves
:
a background in media agencies or publishers.
willingness to travel extensively across latam and the us.
