ensure accurate completion of cleaning logs and certification documentation.manage hygiene suppliessupervise the storage, dosage, and requisition of cleaning supplies and ppe, minimizing waste and ensuring safety protocols are followed.oversee deep cleaning and waste managementensure proper execution of deep cleaning tasks, grease trap maintenance, and waste disposal according to internal protocols.coordinate auxiliary services staffassign roles and schedules for weekend shifts, holidays, and coverage during absences.
