What you will be doing? Guaranty timely and accurate administrative compliance and proper control of travel expenses, effectively addressing the needs of the company and its consulting travellers. Implementing strategies to minimize risks, errors, delays, shortages, or other issues. Likewise, assist with sourcing candidates and support recruitment process as needed for each project. Key Activities Responsible for administrative documentation and reporting. Accounting and financial support. Database management. Review and record tickets, maintaining up-to-date and accurate reports. Prevent fraud, errors, and other issues. Maintain constant communication between the countries involved to ensure accurate records. Submit reports to clients and operational staff on a regular basis. Support in other operational recruitment of the company: source, screen, schedule interviews, etc. What are we looking for? Currently studying 5-6 semester of the career: Psychology, Administration, similar. Fluent English skills.
