Join our team as a **Salesforce Technical Architect** focusing on Salesforce Health Cloud.
**Responsibilities**
- Adapt high-level designs to optimize Health Cloud solutions according to business needs
- Develop low-level designs for Health Cloud features, flow automations, and Apex triggers
- Direct the Lead developer to follow best practices during implementation
- Implement territory management and ensure compliance with best practices
- Recommend data migration strategies and supervise their execution
- Plan and design integration solutions involving Salesforce and MuleSoft where applicable
- Monitor and improve Azure DevOps processes to support concurrent development by multiple teams
- Produce and update technical documentation and add technical notes to user stories
- Work with Product Owner to define and finalize user stories prior to development
- Lead and participate in integration testing to guarantee smooth operation
- Design integration flows and patterns to ensure strong system connectivity
- Coach and support development teams to uphold quality and scalability
- Review code and solution designs to maintain high standards
- Facilitate communication across agile, cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of core Salesforce Clouds and technical architecture with over 4 years of experience
- Proven background in Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud development is advantageous
- Experience in code review and solution design for scalable systems
- Proficiency with DevOps tools for testing and deployment workflows
- Ability to create and maintain precise technical documentation
- Effective collaboration skills in agile, cross-functional environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle development challenges
- Leadership capabilities to mentor teams and align stakeholders
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
**Nice to have**
- Experience with MuleSoft integration solutions and related best practices
- Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) integration practices
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps process improvements supporting multiple teams
