Project Engineer for Process Development

The role involves managing projects related to powder and liquid filling processes, hydraulic systems, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, finance control, engineering calculations, and Greenfield/Brownfield projects.
- Manage Greenfield/Brownfield projects.
- Oversee processes related to powder and liquid filling systems.
- Lead automation projects from conception to implementation.
- Supervise contractors and ensure project timelines.
- Coordinate with third-party engineering firms for project execution.
- Handle basic engineering tasks, commissioning, validation, and startup.
- Conduct structural calculations and soil studies.
- Ensure compliance with CAPEX, delivery timelines, and User Requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control and Automation or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience in the food or consumer goods industry preferred.
- Mandatory advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in project management tools like SAP, Coupa, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
- Advanced skills in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is ideal.
- PMP certification (non-mandatory).
- Flexibility to move between sites and work weekends if necessary.
