About the Role
Knight is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for our product portfolio. This newly created role will be instrumental in coordinating promotional materials, events, sponsorships, and market analysis, ensuring the successful implementation of our marketing plans.
Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Strategy Support
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Coordinate promotional materials in compliance with local regulations.
Support digital content and social media management with external agencies.
Event & Congress Coordination
Help organize medical congresses, symposia, and promotional events.
Manage logistics and vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze market trends and competitor data.
Prepare performance reports and presentations.
Monitor key marketing KPIs.
Administrative Support
Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
Coordinate internal processes including purchasing, vendor contracts, and invoicing.
Maintain updated databases of clients, physicians, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Office tools and digital marketing platforms.
Preferred Skills
Experience in event management, digital campaigns, and market analysis.
