Responsibilities salesforce deployment leadership lead end-to-end deployment of salesforce modules for field sales and customer care. Collaborate with global and regional it, business stakeholders, and external partners. Ensure alignment with global architecture and data governance standards. Change & adoption management drive change management initiatives in collaboration with the project manager to ensure successful user adoption. Deploy training plans, onboarding materials, and support structures for field and care teams, tailored to the mexican market. Process optimization identify and implement process improvements enabled by salesforce capabilities. Harmonize workflows across sales and customer service functions. Stakeholder engagement act as the primary point of contact for local business teams. Conduct feedback sessions and continuous improvement loops. Performance tracking define kpis and success metrics for deployment aligned with the business. Monitor system usage, data quality, and business impact post-implementation. Qualifications bachelor’s degree in business, it, engineering, or related field. 3 years of experience in crm deployment or sales operations. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluent in spanish and english. Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions proven experience with salesforce (sales cloud, service cloud, or field service).
