- Oversee daily accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, treasury, and fixed assets.
- Ensure efficient month-end close and consolidated financial reporting.
- Lead balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring SOX and IFRS compliance.
- Develop policies, procedures, and controls for the shared services model.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment aligned with company values.
- Shared Service Center experience required
Perfil buscado
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years in similar roles; Tier 1 automotive experience is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP/multiple ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and English proficiency.
- Results-driven with leadership capabilities in dynamic environments.
