Content design & strategy lead (méxico)

We are a wellness and design practice focused on creating the foundations for lasting vitality. Instead of treating symptoms, we combine root-cause science, behavioral design, and refined aesthetics to bring clarity, structure, and sustainable energy to the people we support. We work with leaders who value intentional systems and high performance rooted in both biology and environment. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business & Personal Operations Manager to help strengthen and elevate our operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Editorial Leadership & Brand Voice
- Final editorial sign-off for all outward-facing content across email, social, web, and Substack.
- Learn, articulate, and document the brand voice by working closely with the founder.
- Coach and train team members and contractors in brand-voice execution.

- Content Architecture & Strategy

- Build quarterly content maps for all platforms.
- Translate strategy into clear creative direction for designers, copywriters, and engineers.
- Plan and oversee content campaigns that balance brand integrity with business growth.

- Creative Direction

- Lead cross-functional creative partners with clear briefs and direction.
- Ensure all assets meet brand standards for quality, accuracy, and resonance.
- Maintain one cohesive story across multi-channel content.

- Signature Project Ownership

- Co-create editorial + design architecture for The Vitality Architecture Journal each quarter.
- Review and sign off on all Journal content and design elements.
- Support launch strategies, retention efforts, and key collaboration campaigns.

- Cross-Team Coordination

- Collaborate with the Project Manager and oversee content operations inside Asana.
- Participate in ongoing rhythms:
- Weekly team meetings
- Daily async check-ins
- Fortnightly reporting cycles

Skills
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling content.
- Ability to learn, maintain, and elevate a refined brand voice, and coach others to write within it.
- Experience directing designers, writers, and web collaborators with clear creative guidance.
- Comfortable overseeing content across Web, Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, and email.
- Ability to map and manage multi-platform content plans and timelines.
- Basic ability to track and interpret content performance metrics.
- Strong design sensibility, good eye for layout, visual consistency, and storytelling through design.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, drafts, and deliverables at once.
- Clear, proactive communicator who collaborates smoothly in remote teams.
- Calm, grounded, and able to problem-solve in fast-moving creative environments.
- Proficiency with Asana, Google Drive/Docs, Dropbox, FloDesk, LinkedIn, Substack, and Instagram.
- Familiarity with wellness, lifestyle, or human-centered brands (preferred).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years in operations, project management, or executive assistant roles (supporting executives or founders preferred).
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Experience within creative, wellness, boutique, or design-forward companies is a plus.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.).
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar).

Setting and Schedule
- Location: 100% Remote
- Weekly Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mountain Time)
